September 1998 Canon and Mrs. Weeks (June) made a two week visit of the new Charismatic Episcopal Church (CEC) missions in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. Under the energetic leadership of Dekan Georg Lillemae, then-Dean of European work, churches are being raised up in these nations. While yet small in size, nevertheless, there are enthusiastic Christians in these embryo congregations. Unfortunately, Dean Lillemae is no longer part of the Charismatic Episcopal Church. Nevertheless, the work continues to grow.

Canon Weeks spent 10 days in October, 1999 visiting all the Charismatic Episcopal Churches in Estonia. The church in this nation is struggling against the economic problems resulting from a change in the communist system to present-day capitalism. Except for two of our congregations, the people do not have adequate church meeeting places.

Canon Weeks again ministered from March 3 through March 15, 2000, and May 6-14 with the Filipino Confederation of Charismatic Episcopal Churches in Europe. Bishop Jose Elmer Belmonte, supervising bishop of the European Filipino work, has had Canon Weeks ministering in the CEChurches in Bonn Germany, Paris France, and Madrid Spain. He also conducted a seminar during this time for a Portugal Lusataninan Church which joined the CEC May 14, 2000 as St Stephen CEC of Lisbon. Father Carlos Ayara is Priest and Reverend Marco Lopez, Deacon.

Canon Weeks will again minister with Archbishop Thomas Hines and Bishop Elmer Belmonte during May 2001 in London, Paris, Lisbon and Milan. The Paris and Lisbon meetings will be follow up sessions while London and Milan are new places for Canon Weeks. The Convergence Movement will be the topic for his teachings.

Following his consecration as Bishop, he is ministering in London, ENGLAND; Edinburgh, SCOTLAND; and Barclelona, SPAIN September 1-9, 2002 with Filipino congregations.

He is now retired and living in Lynchburg, Virginia.
